ALLNEUTRALS are happy to offer a refund of any item (excluding Sale items). Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with original hangtag attached and in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

We are unable to accept items returned with tan marks, make up residue and strong scents (e.g cigarette smoke, perfume or deodorant and pet smells).

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges and free returns currently.

If you wish to return an item from your order, before sending it back please first contact our customer service team at contact@allneutrals.com

Please do not post the package without obtaining a receipt of postage as you will need this as your proof of return. We cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Please note that for international returns any reverse customs and duty payments are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the item has been received a refund will be issued within 28 days. Alternatively, we can process refunds into store credit which will be sent via email within 1-2 days.
